Nigel is a passionate and results-driven Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in fitness and rehabilitation. He brings a client-focused approach to care, grounded in both academic training and athletic experience.
Graduate of Centennial College’s Fitness & Health Promotion and Massage Therapy programs, where he also played for the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team. His dedication and performance earned him several honors, including the Jackie McVeigh Athletic Scholarship, Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Academic Honours, and an MVP award.
With a foundation in movement and performance, Nigel’s treatments are designed to help clients recover from injuries, restore mobility and flexibility, and support long-term physical wellness. He customizes each session to the individual, using a variety of therapeutic techniques such as:
